Is there a point?

a point is.
connect two points with a line.
intersect two lines in many different ways.
many points connect to form a matrix.
a point at one scale may appear as a vast field in another.

this point just happens to be in kuwait.
kuwait's developing at a very interesting, perhaps staggering and, definitely, non-linear, rate.
i went to school to study about buildings.
sometimes a singular building is great, but in my belief it should always be part of a context, representing how connected it is to a particular scale.
each site, each program, each time will render a different result.
no building should represent a "style."
no building shall disrespect its environment.
